The people of CMTi are experts in the design and implementation of web-based solutions, web hosting, and all aspects of data center and desktop support. CMTi has developed large scale web-based applications and network solutions for a number of workforce agencies and clients.
All of CMTi's products can be delivered via the Internet. Our programmers use a wide variety of Internet based technology - ASP, Cold Fusion, .NET, and SQL databases for example - to provide custom applications designed around the clients budget and technological limitations.
The principals and employees of CMTi also have extensive experience in providing services to governmental agencies. CMTi was (to the best of our knowledge) the first and only private agency to ever be allowed by the State of California Employment Development Department (EDD) to manage their State and Local communications to and from the EDD. In addition, CMTi provided the South Bay WIB and the State EDD with access, via frame relay circuits, to the State databases in Sacramento for a period of over two years.
CMTi also offers desktop support, Help Desk services, telephony, WIA technical support specialists, and Data Center management. Our WIA Support Staff, all who have previous experience as case managers, work with the WIA one-stop operators to ensure smooth processing of Common Registration, Case Management, and ETPL support. Our Information Technicians (IT) support the day-to-day technology requirements of nearly a dozen one-stop locations on a 24 x 7 basis.
